Hi. I took the liberty of compiling the Kurok 0.4 engine and removing the thing that disallows God Mode in Kurok or Quake 1 in deathmatch.

Warning: Do NOT use this against actual players online. I compiled this so I wouldn't get owned by AI (bots) in DM.

If you want to use it for Q1, You'll need to change the quake.cmdline file to something like this:
-cpu333
-listen 8
-game * (change the * to the name of the folder that has the mod.)

Enjoy!

P.S: This was compiled for SLIM only. So, running it on a phat won't work.

why not just go in and raise the next.think of the bots and make them easier?

This was originally for mods that didn't provide the QC files, or were just closed sourced. Otherwise, that would have been a great idea.

A tipp for the frikbots:

add a random function to the bot_shoot code, so they wont shoot the weapon nonstop at you, i did that in cow (also its needed for semi automatic weapons) and afaik kurok has it too.

I ABSOLUTELY hated it when the bots would run up to you (like in your face) and shoot rockets at you, killing the both of us.

If you could make them stand back when shooting, that would be nice. That way, I won't kill myself in the process while shooting rockets. Wink

that would require a check using a trace radius i forget what its actually called. but idk how efficient that would be on the psp.
